About Us
Accessible Arrangements is the event planning industry’s handicap: to help planners successfully engage guests in an inclusive, accessible, and safe environment. We help eliminate barriers to accessibility by providing supportive services to unique guests; and creatively modify event spaces to comfortably accommodate guests with sensory or mobility challenges.

To deliver greater accessibility in the events industry by eliminating barriers to provide easier navigation, ultimately increasing inclusion and diversity to help engage, empower, and enhance the human experience.
Creating Safe Spaces
Our work is focused on using principles of human-centered design to help clients be creative and inclusive. We ask the questions to provide uniquely detailed design, planning, and presentation of a client’s special occasion, meeting, or guest experience. Our arrangements help amplify an event’s value and reduce the risk of uncertainty.
